Build CrowOn's web app, iPhone app and server.
What CrowOn is built with
- Web: React and TypeScript (Vite), in 33 languages.
- iPhone: a native app written in UIKit, matching the web experience.
- Server: Node.js and SQLite. Translation and captions also run on our own server.
What you'd work on
- New features and bug fixes
- Speed and stability
- Keeping things secure, from encrypted personal data to protection against attacks
Who we're looking for
- You've shipped something real with React, Swift (UIKit) or Node.js
- You care about the small details of how an app feels
How it works
- Location: remote (any country or region)
- Time: no set hours. Take part when and as much as you can.
- You must be 18 or older.
- You can work in Japanese or English.
Taking part is currently unpaid, and this is not employment. As the company grows we will consider compensation (money, stock options or similar), and agree on it in writing when you join. We can't promise any amount or timing.
