Drop
A Drop is a short line of text you send out to friends. Where a NOW shows a photo or video, a Drop is words only.
Above your chats
Friends' Drops sit at the top of Messages. You can turn this off in Settings.
Write and send
Write one from Send a Drop.
Share recaps too
Several screens, such as your weekly recap, have Share as a Drop.
