What you'd work on
- Reviewing reported posts and accounts, and acting on them under the Community Guidelines
- Reviewing appeals
- Age-check reviews (checking ID documents)
- Answering questions in the CrowOn Support chat
What matters to us
- Every decision comes with a reason, and can be appealed
- Personal details such as ID photos are deleted as soon as a review is done
Who we're looking for
- You decide fairly and calmly
- You handle personal information carefully
- You understand the role can involve upsetting content
How it works
- Location: remote (any country or region)
- Time: no set hours. Take part when and as much as you can.
- You must be 18 or older.
- You can work in Japanese or English.
Taking part is currently unpaid, and this is not employment. As the company grows we will consider compensation (money, stock options or similar), and agree on it in writing when you join. We can't promise any amount or timing.
