Live
Press and hold + at the top of Home to open the live screen. Schedule one and the time shows on your profile; people who asked for a reminder hear five minutes before.
Spaces
Start a voice-only room from + → Space.
Listen privately
Turn off Show that you're listening in Spaces to keep your name off the listener list.
